The seminar and public lecture about breastfeeding. It presented Michel Odent, MD. He was born in France in 1930, and did his medical studies at Paris University. He was in charge of the surgical unit and the maternity unit at the Pithiviers State Hospital (1962-1985). He is the founder of the Primal Health Research Centre (London).

 

Michel Odent, MD gave the seminar and public lecture about breastfeeding. He also explained about hormones that released during labor which was take a main role in it. It namely oxytocin. He said that this hormone is a shy hormone, which only could released normally or on the maximum level when the environment is private and relaxing. He pointed that it is very important for human being to release this hormone naturally. So it would be better to have labor without having artificial intervention.
