As a hospital where conduct treatment with commitment, Beijing Antai Hospital adopt a policy that patients sign a treatment contract after making a definite diagnosis. According to Law of the People’s Republic of China on Contract, the both sides should come to the terms as follows with each other

Immunotherapy for Recurrent Miscarriage Taking venous blood from husband to culture the vaccine, and then inoculate it into the patient one course of treatment before pregnancy and after pregnant respectively. One course of treatment means that there are 4 times of vaccination, once a week. Having the inoculation for the first time must be in our hospital and the vaccine must be stored in a cryopreservation way. The next 2—6 months after the immunotherapy treatment is the best time to conceive a baby. Two years $30,000 The pregnantterm is 4 weeks longer than that of last pregnancy losses.
2. Contract period:
The period of validity of the Recurrent Miscarriage agreement will be from the__ day of_______(month), 200 _ (year) to the __day of _____(month) 200__ (year).
3. Obligation of Side A:
(1) Vaccine culture and inoculation, regular necessary examination plus gravidity education will be supplied by side A.
(2) If the patient is still not be pregnant after treatment within two years, and refuse to accept further treatment, Side A should return the treatment cost of $30,000 to Side B. But if the patient would accept the further treatment, Side A should continue to comply with the obligation, and the cost will not be refused
4.Obligation of side B:
(1) Side B should pay $30,000 for Recurrent Miscarriage immunotherapy to side A on the day of the contract is signed. The cost is not including earlier examination and diagnose such as B-ultrasound, blood test, HSG and so on. It’s just the cost of Vaccine culture and inoculation.
(2) Moving into the second course of Recurrent Miscarriage immunotherapy, the inoculation must be done as soon as the intra-uterus pregnancy is finally diagnosed. If there are some other symptoms that need to be cured in this period, the patient should pay the extra charge for the treatment.
(3) If the patient receive the assist pregnancy treatment in other hospital at the same time, the result of unsuccessful conceive is on patient’s own responsibility, and the cost is not be returned.
(4) If the conditions such as ectopic pregnancy, premature birth, dead foetus, stillbirth are happened during the contract period, the cost is not be returned, the extra charge is to be paid by patient.
